It can only be God in whatsoever you achieved on earth. He is the only one who knows you from the beginning to the end. It can only be God turning your mess into a living testimony. He alone can turn your shame to fame. He listens to you at your weakest moment, then strengthens you. He alone lifts you up without telling people what He has done.
I failed to understand Him sometimes, at those moments, I was confused, I didn’t know the logic then. All I wanted is my own will and trust me He has always answered me according to my request and heart desire but yet I was not satisfied.
One day, I sat myself down in very deep thought, I said to myself “All my life I have been asking God so many things and He has been doing it. Have you asked Him what He wants you to do? Gbam! It dawned on me that I had been selfish. I cried bitterly to Him, I apologized to God.
The next time I needed to make a decision, I decided to hand over all the situation to Him. I didn’t give Him the list of what He should do. I only asked for His will to be done and I told Him that anywhere He leads me I will go. That was all.
To my surprise, He took the wheel and led me all through. It has been awesome so far, trust me. I haven’t regretted that step. He prepared everything I needed ahead of me, resources were provided, I didn’t lack a thing. In the place He has placed me, many people thought good thing cannot come out of that place but my own God set me on the “Hill” and made the place a great place to exist.
That is what happens when you cast everything about yourself to God. Give Him a try now and I promise you, your story will turn around.
