Many people don't realize the importance of spoken words or the impact it have on them. The truth is, the word we speak is more powerful than we think.

Your words have the power to destroy and build you.
Proverbs 18:21 says
Death and life are in the power of the tongue. And as Christian, we must understand the power of the tongue and the connection it has with words and utterances.

Have you ever thought that the way you speak to yourself and most especially to God when praying can extremely change your life?

Now, I have a very important question for you and I want you to sit down and ruminate on it and be sincere with yourself after reading this article.

My question goes thus:

What are the first set of activities you do when you wake up in the morning?

I want you to know that the first set of activities you do comes together to set your tone for the day, it gives you strength, boldness, and courage to carry out herculean tasks.

Now, if self-affirmation (Positive Spoken Words) is not one of them then you must be joking. I want you to think of how fulfilled you will be after speaking positively into your life.

To make the best out of every day, you need to speak positive things into your life.
You command greatness and attract great things through words.
Even our Creator (God) uses words to create heaven, the earth, and other living creatures into existence using the word “Let there be” and everything God said became reality, everything He said came into existence.

Your words have the power to change your life and everything you do in line with the positive words you have spoken will surely prosper as long as you put work into it.

Proverbs 13:2 says
A man shall eat well by the fruit of his mouth.
You need to know that the fruit of your mouth is your words. If you want to go far and achieve great things in life, take spoken words very serious. Stop saying negative words to yourself because whatever you say and declare with your mouth will come to pass.

Start each day with positive words and utterances. And I pray that as you speak positively may you begin to see multiplying effects in your life.
